மேலும், “வாருங்கள்: அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் உங்களுக்காக (உங்களுடைய இரட்சகனிடம் பாவ) மன்னிப்பைத் தேடுவார் என்று அவர்களிடம் கூறப்பட்டால், தங்கள் தலைகளை அவர்கள் சாய்த்துக்கொள்கின்றனர், இன்னும் அவர்கள் பெருமை கொண்டோராக (எதன்பால் அழைக்கப்பட்டார்களோ) அதைவிட்டும் புறகணித்து(த்திரும்பிச்) செல்வதை (நபியே!) நீர் காண்பீர்.

And when it is said to them: "Come, so that the Messenger of Allâh may ask forgiveness from Allâh for you," they twist their heads, and you would see them turning away their faces in pride.¹

(நபியே!) அவர்களுக்காக நீர் மன்னிப்புத் தேடுவதும் அல்லது அவர்களுக்காக நீர் மன்னிப்புத் தேடாமலிருப்பதும் அவர்களுக்குச் சமமேயாகும், அல்லாஹ் அவர்களை மன்னிக்கவே மாட்டான், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ், பாவிகளான சமூகத்தாரை நேர் வழியில் செலுத்தமாட்டான்.

It is equal to them whether you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) ask forgiveness or ask not forgiveness for them, Allâh will never forgive them. Verily, Allâh guides not the people who are the Fâsiqîn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).¹

அவர்கள் எத்தகையோரென்றால், “அல்லாஹ்வுடைய தூதருடன் இருப்பவர்கள் (அவரைவிட்டுப்) பிரிந்து செல்லும் வரை அவர்களுக்கு நீங்கள் செலவு செய்யாதீர்கள்” என்று (மற்றவர்களிடம்) கூறுகிறார்கள், (நபியே! நீர் கூறுவீராக) “வானங்கள் மற்றும் பூமியிலுள்ள களஞ்சியங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே சொந்தமானவையாகும், எனினும், இந்த (வேஷதாரிகளான) முனாஃபிக்குகள் (இதனை) விளங்கிக் கொள்ளமாட்டார்கள்.”

They are the ones who say: "Spend not on those who are with Allâh’s Messenger, until they desert him." And to Allâh belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites comprehend not.

“நாங்கள் மதீனாவிற்குத் திரும்பி வந்தால், மிகக் கண்ணியமானவர் மிக இழிவானவரை அதிலிருந்து நிச்சயமாக வெளியேற்றிவிடுவார்” என்று அவர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர், (நபியே! நீர் கூறுவீராக:)” கண்ணியம் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், அவனுடைய தூதருக்கும் விசுவாசிகளுக்கும் உரியதாகும், எனினும், (வேஷதாரிகளான) முனாஃபிக்குகள் (இதனை) அறியமாட்டார்கள்.”

They (hyprocrites) say: "If we return to Al-Madinah, indeed the more honourable (‘Abdullâh bin Ubai bin Salûl, the chief of hyprocrites at Al-Madinah) will expel therefrom the meaner (i.e. Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم)." But honour, power and glory belong to Allâh, and to His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not.

விசுவாசங்கொண்டோரே! உங்களுடைய செல்வங்களும், உங்களுடைய மக்களும் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய நினைவிலிருந்து உங்களை(த் திருப்பி) வீணாக்கி விட வேண்டாம், இன்னும், எவர் அதைக் செய்கிறாரோ அவர்கள் தாம் நஷ்டமடைந்தவர்களாவர்.

O you who believe! Let not your properties or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allâh. And whosoever does that, then they are the losers.

உங்களில் ஒருவருக்கு மரணம் வருவதற்கு முன்பாகவே நாம் உங்களுக்கு கொடுத்தவற்றிலிருந்து (தர்மமாக) செலவு செய்யுங்கள்; (அவ்வாறு செய்யாதவர் தன் மரண தறுவாயில்) “என் இரட்சகனே! சமீப தவணையின்பால் என்னை நீ பிற்படுத்த வேண்டாமா? (அவ்வாறு பிற்படுத்தினால்) நான் தர்மம் செய்வேன், (இன்னபிற நற்கருமங்களைச் செய்து) நல்லோர்களிலும் உள்ளவனாக நான் ஆகிவிடுவேன்” என்று கூறுவான்.

And spend (in charity) of that with which We have provided you before death comes to one of you, and he says: "My Lord! If only You would give me respite for a little while (i.e. return to the worldly life), then I should giveSadaqah (i.e. Zakât ) of my wealth,¹ and be among the righteous [i.e. perform Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) and other good deeds].

   A) Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه : The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Everyday two angels come down from heaven and one of them says, ‘O Allâh! Compensate every person who spends in Your Cause,’ and the other (angel) says, ‘O Allâh! Destroy every miser.’" (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.2, Hadith No.522).

   B) The performance of Hajj is an enjoined duty and its superiority, and the Statement of Allâh عز وجل: "Hajj (pilgrimage) to the House (Ka‘bah), is a duty that mankind owes to Allâh, those who can afford the expenses (for one’s conveyance, provision and residence); and whoever disbelieves [i.e. denies Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah), then he is a disbeliever of Allâh], then Allâh stands not in need of any of the ‘Âlamîn (mankind and jinn)." (V.3:97).

   C) Islâm demolishes all the previous evil deeds and so do migration (for Allâh’s sake) and Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) [Al-Lû’lû’ wal-Marjân, Vol. 1, Chapter 52, Page 205] (Sahih Muslim, Vol.1, Chapter 52, Page 78)

இன்னும், அல்லாஹ், எந்த ஆத்மாவையும்-அதன் தவணை வந்துவிட்டால் (அதனைப்) பிற்படுத்தமாட்டான், மேலும், அல்லாஹ் நீங்கள் செய்பவற்றை நன்குணர்பவன்.

And Allâh grants respite to none when his appointed time (death) comes. And Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.
