79. An-Nazi'at

(பாவிகளின் உயிர்களை) பலமாகப் பறிப்பவா்(களான மலக்கு)கள் மீது சத்தியமாக-

By those (angels) who pull out (the souls of the disbelievers and the wicked) with great violence.

(நல்லோரின் ஆத்மாவை எளிதாகக்) கைப்பற்றுபவர்(களான மலக்கு)கள் மீது சத்தியமாக-

By those (angels) who gently take out (the souls of the believers).

அதிவேகமாக நீந்திச் செல்பவர்(களான மலக்குகளின் மீது சத்தியமாக-

And by those that swim along (i.e. angels or planets in their orbits).

(கைப்பற்றிய நல்லோர்களின் உயிர்களை அல்லாஹ்வின் சன்னிதிக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லப் போட்டி போட்டுக் கொண்டு முந்திச் செல்வோர்(களான மலக்கு)கள் மீதும் சத்தியமாக-

And by those that press forward as in a race (i.e. the angels or stars or the horses).

சகல காரியங்களையும் (அல்லாஹ்வின் கட்டளைப்படி) நிர்வகிப்பவர்(களான மலக்கு)கள் மீதும் சத்தியமாக-

And by those angels who arrange to do the Commands of their Lord, (so verily, you disbelievers will be called to account).

(முதல் முறை குழல் ஊதப்பட்டபின் பூமியை) கடுமையாக நடுக்கக் கூடியது நடுக்கும் நாளில்-

On the Day (when the first blowing of the Trumpet is blown), the earth and the mountains will shake violently (and everybody will die).

அதனை அடுத்து வரக்கூடியது (இரண்டாவது முறை குழல் ஊதுவது) தொடரும்.

The second blowing of the Trumpet follows it (and everybody will be resurrected).

அந்நாளில் இதயங்கள் (திடுக்கிட்டு) கலக்கமுடையவையாக இருக்கும்.

(Some) hearts that Day will shake with fear and anxiety.

அவைகளின் (அவ்விதயங்களை உடையோரின்) பார்வைகள் (பயத்தால்) கீழ்நோக்கி (தாழ்ந்தவையாக)யிருக்கும்.

Their eyes will be downcast.

“நிச்சயமாக நாம் (இறந்த பின்னர் உயிர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டு) முந்திய நிலைமைக்குத் திருப்பப்படுவோரா? என்று அவர்கள் கேட்கின்றனர்.

They say: "Shall we indeed be returned to (our) former state of life?

“நாம் உக்கிய எலும்புகளாக ஆகிவிட்ட போதிலுமா? (உயிர்கொடுத்து) எழுப்பப்படுவோம்?” (என்று கேட்கின்றனர்)

"Even after we are crumbled bones?"

“அது அப்போது (பெரும்) நஷ்டமான திரும்புதலாகும்” என்றும் அவர்கள் (பரிகாசமாகக்) கூறுகின்றார்கள்.

They say: "It would in that case, be a return with loss!"

ஆகவே, அது ஒரே ஒரு (பெரும்) சப்தம்தான்-

But it will be only a single Zajrah [shout (i.e., the second blowing of the Trumpet)], (See Verse 37:19).

அப்போது அவர்கள் (உயிர் பெற்றெழுந்து) பூமியின் மேல் பரப்பில் இருப்பர்.

When behold, they find themselves on the surface of the earth alive after their death,

(நபியே!) மூஸாவுடைய செய்தி உமக்கு வந்ததா?

Has there come to you the story of Mûsâ (Moses)?

‘துவா’ என்னும் பரிசுத்தமான பள்ளத்தாக்கில் அவருடைய இரட்சகன் அவரை அழைத்தபோது,

When his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tûwâ,

நீர் ஃபிர் அவ்னின் பால் செல்வீராக! நிச்சயமாக அவன் வரம்பு மீறிவிட்டான்.

Go to Fir‘aun (Pharaoh); verily he has transgressed all bounds (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief).

ஆகவே, நீ பரிசுத்தமடைய (ஈமான் கொள்ள) உனக்கு (விருப்பம்) உண்டா? என்று நீர் கேட்பீராக!

And say to him: "Would you purify yourself (from the sin of disbelief by becoming a believer)?"

இன்னும், உன் இரட்சகன் பக்கம் (செல்லும்) வழியினை நான் உனக்கு காட்டுகிறேன்; (அதன்) பின்னர் அவனுக்கு நீ பயந்து கொள்வாய் (என்று கூறுவீராக!)

"And that I guide you to your Lord, so you should fear Him?"

பின்னர், மிகப்பெரும் அத்தாட்சியை அவனுக்கு அவர் காண்பித்தார்.

Then [Mûsâ (Moses)] showed him the great sign (miracles).

அப்போது அவன், (மூஸாவையும், அவர் கொண்டு வந்ததையும்) பொய்யாக்கினான்; மேலும் (அவரின் இரட்சகனுக்கு) மாறு செய்தான்.

But [Fir‘aun (Pharaoh)] belied and disobeyed.

பின்னர் அவன் பின்வாங்கி (அவருக்கு எதிராகக் குழப்பம் செய்ய) முயற்சித்தான்.

Then he turned his back, striving (against Allâh).

ஆகவே, அவன் (தன் கூட்டத்தாரை) ஒன்று திரட்டினான், பின்னர் அழைத்தான்.

Then he gathered (his people) and cried aloud,

அப்போது, “நான் தான் உங்களுடைய மிக மேலான இரட்சகன்” என்று (அவர்களிடம்) கூறினான்.

Saying: "I am your lord, most high."

ஆதலால், அவனை மறுமை மற்றும் இம்மையின் தண்டனையைக் கொண்டு அல்லாஹ் பிடித்துக் கொண்டான்.

So Allâh, seized him with punishment for his last¹ and first² transgression. [Tafsir At-Tabari]

1. Last i.e. his saying: "I am your lord, most high" (See Verse 79:24)

2. First i.e. his saying, "O chiefs! I know not that you have a god other than I" (See Verse 28:38)

நிச்சயமாக இதில் (அல்லாஹ்வைப்) பயந்து கொள்கிறவருக்கு ஒரு படிப்பினை இருக்கிறது.

Verily, in this is an instructive admonition for whosoever fears Allâh.

படைப்பால் நீங்கள் மிகக் கடினமா(னவர்களா)? அல்லது வானமா? அதனை அவன் படைத்தான்.

Are you more difficult to create or is the heaven that He constructed?

அதன் முகட்டை அவன் உயா்த்தினான்; பின்னர் அதைச் சமப்படுத்தினான்.

He raised its height, and has perfected it.

அவனே அதன் இரவை இருளாக்கி, (சூரியனைக்கொண்டு பிரகாசிக்கும்) அதன் பகலையும் வெளியாக்கினான்.

Its night He covers with darkness and its forenoon He brings out (with light)

மேலும், பூமியை-அதன்பின் அவன்-அதை (ஒழுங்குபடுத்தி) விரித்தான்.

And after that He spread the earth,

அதிலிருந்து அதன் தண்ணீரையும், அதன் (மீதுள்ள பிராணிகளுக்கு) மேய்ச்சல் பொருளையும் அவன் வெளியாக்கினான்.

And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture.

மலைகளையும்-அவற்றை அவன் (பூமிக்கு முளைகளாக) உறுதிப்படுத்தினான்-

And the mountains He has fixed firmly,

உங்களுக்கும், உங்கள் கால்நடைகளுக்கும் பயனளிப்பதற்காக (அவற்றை இவ்வாறு செய்தான்)

(To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle.

எனவே, (இரண்டாவது முறையாக குழல் ஊதப்படுவதான) மாபெரும் அமளி வந்துவிட்டால்-

But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense) -

அந்நாளில் மனிதன் (உலகில்) தான் முயன்றவற்றை நினைவுபடுத்திக் கொள்வான்.

The Day when man shall remember what he strove for.

இன்னும், காண்போருக்கு நரகம் (கண் எதிரில்) வெளிப்படுத்தப்படும்.

And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees.

எனவே, எவர் வரம்பு மீறி விட்டாரோ,

Then for him who transgressed all bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allâh).

மேலும், இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கையை தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக் கொண்டாரோ-

And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts),

நிச்சயமாக நரகம், அதுவே! (அவர்) ஒதுங்குமிடமாகும்.

Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire;

மேலும், எவர் தன் இரட்சகனின் (சன்னிதியை அவன்) முன் நிற்பதைப் பயந்து, மனோ இச்சையைவிட்டு (தன்) ஆத்மாவைத் தடுத்துக் கொண்டாரோ அவர்-

But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires and lusts.
