70. Al-Ma'arij

அவர்களைவிட, மிகச் சிறந்தவர்களை (அவர்களுக்குப் பகரமாக) மாற்றி விடுவதின் மீது (ஆற்றலுடையோராவோம்! இதில்) நாம் தோற்கடிக்கப்படுவோர் அல்லர்.

To replace them by (others) better than them; and We are not to be outrun.

(ஆகவே, நபியே!) அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட நாளை அவர்கள் சந்திக்கும் வரை வீண் காரியங்களில் மூழ்கியும் விளையாடிக் கொண்டுமிருக்கவும் அவர்களை நீர் விட்டு விடுவீராக!

So leave them to plunge in vain talk¹ and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised -

(இணைவைப்போர்) நடப்பட்டவைக(ளான சிலைக)ளின் பால் விரைந்து செல்பவர்களைப்போன்று மண்ணறைகளிலிருந்து விரைந்தவர்களாக அவர்கள் வெளியேறி வரும்நாள்,

The Day when they will come out of the graves quickly as racing to a goal,

அவர்களுடைய பார்வை கீழ்நோக்கியவையாக (இருக்கும் நிலையில்) இழிவு அவர்களைச் சூழ்ந்து கொள்ளும், (நபியே!) அது அவர்கள் வாக்களிக்கப்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தார்களே அத்தகைய நாளாகும்.

With their eyes lowered in fear and humility, ignominy covering them (all over)! That is the Day which they were promised!
