مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْلِيَآءَ كَمَثَلِ ٱلْعَنكَبُوتِ ٱتَّخَذَتْ بَيْتًا ۖ وَإِنَّ أَوْهَنَ ٱلْبُيُوتِ لَبَيْتُ ٱلْعَنكَبُوتِ ۖ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ
அல்லாஹ்வையன்றி (மற்றவர்களைத் தங்களுக்குப்) பாதுகாவலர்களாக எடுத்து கொண்டவர்களுக்கு உதாரணம் சிலந்திப்பூச்சியின் உதாரணத்தைப் போன்றதாகும்; அது ஒரு வீட்டை எடுத்து கொண்டது, இன்னும், நிச்சயமாக வீடுகளில் மிகப்பலவீனமானது சிலந்திப் பூச்சியின் வீடாகும்; (இதை) அவர்கள் அறிவார்களாயின் (தாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வையன்றி மற்றவர்களைப் பாதுகாவலர்களாக எடுத்துக் கொண்டதன் தீமையை அறிவர்.)
The likeness of those who take (false deities as) Auliyâ’ (protectors, helpers) other than Allâh is the likeness of a spider who builds (for itself) a house; but verily, the frailest (weakest) of houses is the spider’s house - if they but knew.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مِن شَىْءٍ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
அவனையன்றி அவர்கள் எதனை அழைக்கின்றார்களோ, அதனை நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நன்கு அறிவான், மேலும் அவன் (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன், தீர்க்கமான அறிவுடையவன்.
Verily, Allâh knows what things they invoke instead of Him. He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.1

وَتِلْكَ ٱلْأَمْثَـٰلُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ ۖ وَمَا يَعْقِلُهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْعَـٰلِمُونَ
மேலும், இவ்வுதாரணங்கள் -மனிதர்களுக்காக இவற்றை நாம் கூறுகிறோம், (சிந்தித்தறியக்கூடிய) அறிவுடையவர்களைத் தவிர, (மற்றெவரும்) இதனை விளங்கிக்கொள்ளவுமாட்டார்கள்.
And these similitudes We put forward for mankind; but none will understand them except those who have knowledge (of Allâh and His Signs).
خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
வானங்களையும், பூமியையும் அல்லாஹ் உண்மையைக் கொண்டு படைத்தான் விசுவாசங்கொண்டோருக்கு நிச்சயமாக இதில் ஓர் அத்தாட்சி இருக்கின்றது.
(Allâh says to His Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Allâh (Alone) created the heavens and the earth with truth (and none shared Him in their creation)." Verily! Therein is surely a sign for those who believe.
ٱتْلُ مَآ أُوحِىَ إِلَيْكَ مِنَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَأَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ ۖ إِنَّ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ تَنْهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْفَحْشَآءِ وَٱلْمُنكَرِ ۗ وَلَذِكْرُ ٱللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ
(நபியே! குர் ஆனாகிய) இவ்வேதத்திலிருந்து உமக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதை நீர் ஓதுவீராக, தொழுகையும் (அல்லாஹ் விதியாக்கியவாறு) நிறைவேற்றுவீராக, நிச்சயமாக தொழுகை, (அதை நிறைவேற்றுபவரை) மானக்கேடான செயலிலிருந்தும், (மார்க்கத்தில்) மறுக்கப்பட்டதிலிருந்தும் தடுக்கும். நிச்சயமாக (தொழுகையின் மூலம்) அல்லாஹ்வை நினைவு கூருவது (எல்லாவற்றையும் விட) மிகவும் பெரியதாகும், இன்னும், நீங்கள் செய்பவைகளை அல்லாஹ் நன்கு அறிகிறான்.
Recite (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) what has been revealed to you of the Book (the Qur’ân), and perform As-Salât (Iqamât-as-Salât). Verily, As-Salât (the prayer) prevents from Al-Fahshâ’ (i.e. great sins of every kind, unlawful sexual intercourse) and Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism, and every kind of evil wicked deed)1 and the remembering2 (praising) of (you by) Allâh (in front of the angels) is greater indeed [than your remembering (praising) of Allâh in prayers. And Allâh knows what you do.
It is said by Ibn ‘Abbâs and ‘Abdullâh bin Mas‘ûd رضي الله عنهم: If the Salât (prayer) of anyone does not prevent him from Al-Fâhshâ’ and Al-Munkar (all kinds of evil, illegal and sinful deeds), then his Salât (prayer) increases him in nothing but loss, and to be far away from his Lord (Allah) [Tafsir Al-Qurtubi].

۞ وَلَا تُجَـٰدِلُوٓا۟ أَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ ۖ وَقُولُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَأُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ وَإِلَـٰهُنَا وَإِلَـٰهُكُمْ وَٰحِدٌ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ مُسْلِمُونَ
(விசுவாசிகளே!) நீங்கள் வேதத்தையுடையோர்களுடன் எது மிக அழகானதோ அதைக்கொண்டல்லாது (அவர்களுடன்) தர்க்கிக்க வேண்டாம், (ஆயினும்,) அவர்களில் அநியாயம் செய்தோர் தவிர (அவர்களுடன் தர்க்கித்தால்,) “எங்களுக்கு இறக்கப்பட்ட (வேதத்)தையும், உங்களுக்கு இறக்கப்பட்ட (வேதத்)தையும் நாங்கள் விசுவாசிக்கின்றோம், எங்கள் வணக்கத்திற்குரியவனும், உங்கள் வணக்கத்திற்குரியவனும் ஒருவனே, மேலும், நாங்கள் அவனுக்கு முற்றிலும் கீழ்படிந்து நடக்கின்றவர்கள்” என்று கூறுங்கள்.
And argue not with the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), unless it be in (a way) that is better (with good words and in good manner, inviting them to Islâmic Monotheism with His Verses), except with such of them as do wrong; and say (to them): "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our Ilâh (God) and your Ilâh (God) is One (i.e. Allâh), and to Him we have submitted (as Muslims)."
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ ۚ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ ۖ وَمِنْ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ ۚ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ
(நபியே! முந்திய தூதர்களுக்கு வேதத்தை இறக்கிய) அவ்வாறே, நாம் உம்பால் (இவ்)வேதத்தை இறக்கியிருக்கின்றோம், ஆகவே, நாம் அவர்களுக்கு (முன்னர்) வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்திருக்கின்றோமோ அத்தகையோர்-அவர்கள், இ(வ்வேதத்)தை விசுவாசிப்பார்கள், (மக்காவாசிகளாகிய) இவர்களிலும் இதனை (நம்பி) விசுவாசிப்பவர்களும் உள்ளனர், மேலும் காஃபிர்களைத் தவிர (மற்றெவரும்) நம்முடைய வசனங்களை நிராகரிக்கமாட்டர்கள்.
And thus We have sent down the Book (i.e. this Qur’an) to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and those whom We gave the Scripture [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) aforetime] believe therein as also do some of these (who are present with you now like ‘Abdullâh bin Salâm)1 and none but the disbelievers reject Our Ayât [(proofs, signs, verses, lessons, etc.,) and deny Our Oneness of Lordship and Our Oneness of worship and Our Oneness of Our Names and Qualities: i.e. Islâmic Monotheism].

وَمَا كُنتَ تَتْلُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِهِۦ مِن كِتَـٰبٍ وَلَا تَخُطُّهُۥ بِيَمِينِكَ ۖ إِذًا لَّٱرْتَابَ ٱلْمُبْطِلُونَ
மேலும் (நபியே!) இதற்கு முன்னர் எந்த வேதத்தையும் நீர் ஓதுபவராக இருக்கவில்லை, உமது வலக்கையால் நீர் அதனை எழுதுபவராக (இருக்க)வும் இல்லை. (அவ்வாறு இருந்திருக்குமானால்,) அப்பொழுது இப்பொய்யர்கள் (அல்லாஹ்வினால் அருளப்பட்டதல்ல என்று) திடமாக சந்தேகம் கொண்டிருப்பர்.
Neither did you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) read any book before it (this Qur’ân), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted.
بَلْ هُوَ ءَايَـٰتٌۢ بَيِّنَـٰتٌ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ ۚ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ إِلَّا ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
அவ்வாறல்ல! (குர் ஆனாகிய) இது அறிவு கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருகிறார்களே அவர்களின் இதயங்களின் (பதியத்தக்க) தெளிவான வசனங்களாகும், மேலும், அநியாயக்காரர்களைத் தவிர (மற்றெவரும்) நம்முடைய வசனங்களை நிராகரிக்க மாட்டார்கள்.
Nay, but they, the clear Ayât [i.e. the description and the qualities of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم written in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] are preserved in the breasts of those who have been given knowledge (among the people of the Scriptures). And none but the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers) deny Our Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.).1

وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَـٰتٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ ۖ قُلْ إِنَّمَا ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
“அவருடைய இரட்சகனிடமிருந்து அத்தாட்சிகள் அவரின் மீது இறக்கப்படவேண்டாமா?” என்றும் அவர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர், அதற்கு (நபியே!) “அத்தாட்சிகளெல்லாம் அல்லாஹ்விடத்தில்தான் உள்ளன, (என்னிடமில்லை.) நானோ பகிரங்கமாக (அச்சமூட்டி) எச்சரிக்கை செய்கிறவன்தான்” என்று கூறுவீராக!
And they say: "Why are not signs sent down to him from his Lord? Say: "The signs are only with Allâh, and I am only a plain warner."
أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِهِمْ أَنَّآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَرَحْمَةً وَذِكْرَىٰ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
நிச்சயமாக நாம் (இவ்) வேதத்தை உம்மீது இறக்கி வைத்து (அது) அவர்கள் மீது ஓதப்பட்டு வருவது அவர்களுக்குப் போதாதா? (ஏனென்றால்,) நிச்சயமாக அதில், (அல்லாஹ்வுடைய) அருளும், விசுவாசங்கொண்ட சமூகத்தார்க்கு ஒரு நினைவூட்டலும் இருக்கின்றன.
Is it not sufficient for them that We have sent down to you the Book (the Qur’ân) which is recited to them? Verily, herein is mercy and a reminder (or an admonition) for a people who believe1.

a) Narrated Abû Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Allah does not listen to anything as He listens to the Prophet reciting the Qur’ân in a nice, loud and pleasant tone." Sufyân said, "This saying means: The Prophet regards the Qur’ân as something that makes him dispense with much worldly pleasure." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.6, Hadîth No.542.).
b) Narrated Abû Hurairah رضي الله عنه: Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Not to wish to be the like of except two men: A man whom Allah has taught the Qur’ân and he recites it during some hours of the night and during some hours of the day, and his neighbour listens to him and says, ‘I wish I had been given what has been given to so-and-so, so that I might do what he does’; and a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it (according to what Allâh has ordained) in a just and right manner, whereupon another man may say, ‘I wish I had been given what so-and-so has been given, for then I would do what he does.’ " (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.6, Hadîth No. 544).
قُلْ كَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ شَهِيدًا ۖ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱلْبَـٰطِلِ وَكَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَـٰسِرُونَ
(நபியே!) நீர் கூறும்: எனக்கும், உங்களுக்குமிடையில் சாட்சியாக (இருக்க) அல்லாஹ்வே போதுமானவன், (ஏனென்றால்,) வானங்களிலும், பூமியிலும் உள்ளவற்றை அவன் நன்கு அறிவான், பொய்யை விசுவாசங்கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வை நிராகரித்தும் விடுகின்றார்களே அத்தகையோர்-அவர்கள் தாம் நஷ்டமடைந்தவர்கள்.
Say (to them O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Sufficient is Allâh for a witness between me and you. He knows what is in the heavens and on earth." And those who believe in Bâtil (all false deities other than Allâh), and disbelieve in Allâh and (in His Oneness), it is they who are the losers.
وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِٱلْعَذَابِ ۚ وَلَوْلَآ أَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى لَّجَآءَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَلَيَأْتِيَنَّهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
மேலும், (மறுமையின்) வேதனைப்பற்றி, (அது எப்பொழுது வரும்? என்று) அவர்கள் உம்மை அவசரப்படுத்துகின்றனர்; இன்னும், ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தவணையில்லாதிருந்தால் அ(வ்வேதனையான)து அவர்களை வந்தடைந்திருக்கும்; இன்னும், (அத்தவணை) அவர்கள் உணர்ந்து கொள்ளாத நிலையில், அது திடீரென அவர்களிடம் திட்டமாக வந்துவிடும்.
And they ask you to hasten on the torment (for them): and had it not been for a term appointed, the torment would certainly have come to them. And surely, it will come upon them suddenly while they perceive not!
يَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِٱلْعَذَابِ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌۢ بِٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
அவர்கள் (அவ்) வேதனையைப்பற்றி உம்மை அவசரப்படுத்துகின்றனர், நிச்சயமாக நரகமோ நிராகரிப்போரைச் சூழ்ந்து கொள்ளக்கூடியதாகும்.
They ask you to hasten on the torment. And verily, Hell, of a surety, will encompass the disbelievers.
يَوْمَ يَغْشَىٰهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَمِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِهِمْ وَيَقُولُ ذُوقُوا۟ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
அவர்களுக்கு மேலிருந்தும், அவர்களுடைய கால்களுக்குக் கீழிருந்தும் வேதனை அவர்களை மூடிக்கொள்ளும் (அந்) நாளில், “நீங்கள் செய்து கொண்டிருந்ததை நீங்கள் சுவைத்துப்பாருங்கள்” என்றும் (அல்லாஹ்வாகிய) அவன் கூறுவான்.
On the Day when the torment (Hell-fire) shall cover them from above them and from underneath their feet, and it will be said: "Taste what you used to do."
يَـٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّ أَرْضِى وَٰسِعَةٌ فَإِيَّـٰىَ فَٱعْبُدُونِ
விசுவாசங்கொண்ட என்னுடைய அடியார்களே! நிச்சயமாக என்னுடைய பூமி (மிக்க) விசாலமானது, எனவே (அதில்) நீங்கள் என்னையே வணங்குங்கள்.
O My slaves who believe! Certainly, spacious is My earth. Therefore worship Me." (Alone)1.

Narrated Mu‘adh رضي الله عنه: While I was riding behind the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, as a companion rider, he said, "O Mu‘adh!" I replied, Labbaik wa Sa‘daik (I respond to your call and I am obedient to your orders). He repeated this call three times and then said, "Do you know what Allâh’s Right on His slaves is?" I replied "No." He said, "Allâh’s Right on His slaves is that they should worship Him (Alone) and should not join partners in worship with Him." He proceeded for a while and then said, "O Mu‘âdh!" I replied, "Labbaik wa Sa‘daik (I respond to your call and I am obedient to your orders)." He said, "Do you know what the right of (Allâh’s) slaves on Allah is, if they do that (worship Him Alone and join none in His worship)? It is that He will not punish them." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.8, Hadîth No. 283).
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ
ஒவ்வோர் ஆத்மாவும் மரணத்தைச் சுவைக்ககூடியதாகும், பின்னர் நீங்கள் நம்மிடமே திருப்பிக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.
Everyone shall taste death. Then unto Us you shall be returned.
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ لَنُبَوِّئَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ غُرَفًا تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ نِعْمَ أَجْرُ ٱلْعَـٰمِلِينَ
மேலும், “விசுவாசங்கொண்டு நற்கருமங்களையும் செய்கிறார்களே அத்தகையோர்-அவர்களைச் சுவனபதியிலுள்ள உயர்ந்த மாளிகைகளில் (அவர்கள் தங்கி விடுவதற்காக) திட்டமாக நாம் இறக்குவோம், அவற்றின் கீழ் ஆறுகள் ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும், அவற்றில் அவர்கள் நிரந்தரமாக(த்தங்கி) இருப்பவர்கள், (நன்மையான) செயல் புரிவோரின் கூலி நல்லதாகிவிட்டது.
And those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, to them We shall surely give lofty dwellings in Paradise, underneath which rivers flow, to live therein forever. Excellent is the reward for the workers.
ٱلَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا۟ وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
அத்தகையோர் பொறுமையுடனிருந்து (தங்களின் காரியங்களை அல்லாஹ்விடம் ஒப்படைத்து முழுமையாக) தங்கள் இரட்சகனின் மீது நம்பிக்கையும் வைப்பார்கள்.
Those who are patient, and put their trust (only) in their Lord (Allâh).1

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن دَآبَّةٍ لَّا تَحْمِلُ رِزْقَهَا ٱللَّهُ يَرْزُقُهَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
மேலும், எத்தனையோ பிராணிகள்-அவை தங்கள் உணவைச் சுமந்து திரிவதில்லை, அல்லாஹ்தான் அவைகளுக்கும், உங்களுக்கும் உணவளிக்கிறான், (இவ்வாறிருக்க, அதற்காக நீங்கள் ஏன் அதிகக் கவலைப்பட வேண்டும்?) அவனே (யாவையும்) செவியேற்கிறவன், நன்கறிகிறவன்.
And so many a moving (living) creature carries not its own provision! Allâh provides for it and for you. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ ۖ فَأَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ
மேலும், “வானங்களையும் பூமியையும் படைத்து, சூரியனையும், சந்திரனையும் (தன் திட்டப்பிராகரமே நடக்கும் படி) வசப்படுத்தியவன் யார்?” என்று (நபியே!) நீர் அவர்களைக் கேட்பீராயின், “அல்லாஹ்” என்று அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாகக் கூறுவார்கள்; அவ்வாறாயின், அவர்கள் (அவனை வணங்குவதை விட்டும்) எங்கு திருப்பப்படுகிறார்கள்?.
And if you were to ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?" they will surely reply: "Allâh." How then are they deviating (as polytheists and disbelievers)?
ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
அல்லாஹ் தன்னுடைய அடியார்களில் தான் நாடியவர்களுக்கு (வாழ்க்கை வசதிகளுக்குத் தேவையான) உணவை விரிவாகவும் கொடுக்கிறான், (தான் நாடியவர்களுக்கு) அளவோடும் கொடுக்கிறான், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ், ஒவ்வொரு பொருளையும் (பற்றி) நன்கறிந்தவன்.
Allâh enlarges the provision for whom He wills of His slaves, and straitens it for whom (He wills). Verily, Allâh is the All-Knower of everything.
وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّن نَّزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهَا لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ ۚ قُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
மேலும், (நபியே!) “வானத்திலிருந்து மழையை இறக்கி அதனைக் கொண்டு பூமியை-அது இறந்தபின் உயிர்ப்பிப்பவன் யார்?” என்று நீர் அவர்களைக் கேட்பீராயின், ”அல்லாஹ்” என்று அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக கூறுவார்கள், (அதற்கு) “புகழனைத்தும் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே உரியது” என்று நீர் கூறுவீராக! எனினும் அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் (இதனை) அறிந்து கொள்ளமாட்டார்கள்.
And if you were to ask them: "Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death?" they will surely reply: "Allâh." Say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allâh!" Nay, most of them have no sense.
وَمَا هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا لَهْوٌ وَلَعِبٌ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱلدَّارَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ لَهِىَ ٱلْحَيَوَانُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ
மேலும், இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கை வீணும், விளையாட்டுமே தவிர வேறொன்றுமில்லை. அவர்கள் அறிந்தவர்களாக இருப்பின் நிச்சயமாக மறுமையின் வீடு, அதுவே (நித்திய) வாழ்க்கையாகும்.
And this life of the world is only an amusement and a play! Verily, the home of the Hereafter - that is the life indeed (i.e. the eternal life that will never end), if they but knew1.

Narrated Abû Hurairah رضي الله عنه: Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "The first group (of people) who will enter Paradise will be (glittering) like the moon on a full-moon night. They will neither spit therein, nor blow their noses therein nor relieve nature. Their utensils therein will be of gold and their combs of gold and silver; in their censers the aloeswood will be used, and their sweat will smell like musk. Everyone of them will have two wives; the marrow of the bones of the wives’ legs will be seen through the flesh out of excessive beauty. They (the people of Paradise) will neither have difference, nor enmity (hatred) amongst themselves; their hearts will be as if one heart, and they will be glorifying Allah in the morning and in the afternoon." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.4, Hadîth No. 468).
فَإِذَا رَكِبُوا۟ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ دَعَوُا۟ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ فَلَمَّا نَجَّىٰهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْبَرِّ إِذَا هُمْ يُشْرِكُونَ
மேலும், அவர்கள் கப்பலில் ஏறி(ய பின் ஆபத்தில் சிக்கி)க் கொண்டால், அவர்கள் முற்றிலும் வணக்கத்தை அவனுக்கே கலப்பற்றதாக ஆக்கியவர்களாக அல்லாஹ்வை அழைக்கின்றனர், அவன் அவர்களைக் கரையின் பால் (சேர்த்து வைத்துக்) காப்பாற்றிய பொழுது, அவனுக்கே அவர்கள் இணைவைக்கின்றனர்.
And when they embark on a ship, they invoke Allâh, making their Faith pure for Him only: but when He brings them safely to land, behold, they give a share of their worship to others1.

لِيَكْفُرُوا۟ بِمَآ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْ وَلِيَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
நாம் அவர்களுக்கு அருளியதை அவர்கள் நிராகரிப்பதற்காகவும் (தங்கள் விருப்பப்படி) அவர்கள் சுகமனுபவித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பதற்காகவும் (இணை வைக்கின்றனர்.) ஆனால் அவர்கள் (இதன் பலனை) விரைவில் தெரிந்து கொள்வார்கள்.
So that they become ingrate for that which We have given them, and that they take their enjoyment (as a warning and a threat), but they will come to know.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّا جَعَلْنَا حَرَمًا ءَامِنًا وَيُتَخَطَّفُ ٱلنَّاسُ مِنْ حَوْلِهِمْ ۚ أَفَبِٱلْبَـٰطِلِ يُؤْمِنُونَ وَبِنِعْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ يَكْفُرُونَ
அவர்களைச் சூழ (மக்காவிற்கு வெளியில்) உள்ள மனிதர்கள் எதிரிகளால் இறாய்ஞ்சி(த் தூக்கி)ச் செல்லப்படும் நிலையில் (இந்த மக்காவை) அபயமளிக்கும் புனித இடமாக நாம் ஆக்கியிருப்பதை அவர்கள் பார்க்கவில்லையா? இவர்கள் பொய்யை விசுவாசங்கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் (இந்த) அருட்கொடையையும் நிராகரிக்கின்றனர்.
Have they not seen that We have made (Makkah) a secure sanctuary, while men are being snatched away from all around them? Then do they believe in Bâtil (falsehood - polytheism, idols and all deities other than Allâh), and deny (become ingrate for) the Graces of Allâh?
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِٱلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُۥٓ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِى جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
இன்னும், அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது பொய்யைக் கற்பனைச் செய்தவனை விட, அல்லது சத்தியத்தை- அது, தன்னிடம் வந்தபோது- பொய்யாக்கியவனை விட மிக்க அக்கிரமக்காரன் யார்? (இத்தகைய) நிராகரிப்போரின் தங்குமிடம் நரகத்தில் இல்லையா?
And who does more wrong than he who invents a lie against Allâh or denies the truth (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his doctrine of Islâmic Monotheism and this Qur’ân), when it comes to him? Is there not a dwelling in Hell for disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allâh and in His Messenger Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)?1

وَٱلَّذِينَ جَـٰهَدُوا۟ فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَمَعَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
மேலும், நம்முடைய வழியில் (செல்ல) முயற்சிக்கின்றார்களே அத்தகையோர்-நிச்சயமாக நாம் அவர்களை, நம்முடைய (நேரான) வழியில் செலுத்துகின்றோம், மேலும் நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நன்மை செய்வோர்களுடன் இருக்கிறான்.
As for those who strive hard in Us (Our Cause), We will surely guide them to Our Paths (i.e. Allâh’s religion - Islâmic Monotheism). And verily, Allâh is with the Muhsinûn (good doers)."1
