أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ يَبْتَغُونَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمُ ٱلْوَسِيلَةَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ وَيَرْجُونَ رَحْمَتَهُۥ وَيَخَافُونَ عَذَابَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ كَانَ مَحْذُورًا
எவர்களை (இணைவைத்துக் கொண்டிருப்போரான) அவர்கள் அழைக்கிறார்களோ அத்தகையோர்– தங்கள் இரட்சகனின்பால், (நற்செயல்கள் செய்வது கொண்டு) அவர்களில் யார் மிக்க நெருக்கமானவர்கள் என்றுநெருக்கத்தை தேடுகிறார்கள்; அவனது அருளை ஆதரவும் வைக்கிறார்கள்; அவனது வேதனையை பயப்படவும் செய்கிறார்கள்; நிச்சயமாக உமதிரட்சகனின் வேதனை எச்சரிக்கப்பட்டதாக இருக்கின்றது.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: மன்னர் ஃபஹத் குர்ஆன் அச்சக வளாகம்
Those whom they call upon [like ‘Îsâ (Jesus) - son of Maryam (Mary), ‘Uzair (Ezra), angel] desire (for themselves) means of access to their Lord (Allâh), as to which of them should be the nearest; and they [‘Îsâ (Jesus), ‘Uzair (Ezra), angels and others] hope for His Mercy and fear His Torment. Verily, the Torment of your Lord is (something) to be afraid of!
