بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ
ஆம்! அவனுடைய விரல்களின் நுனிகளை (-முன்பிருந்தது போல் இணைத்துச் சரிப்படுத்திச் செவ்வையாக்க நாம் ஆற்றலுடையோராக இருக்கிறோம்.

Yes, We are Able to put together in perfect order the tips of his fingers.1
Each human being has his or her own special finger prints not resembling anyone else, indicating that our Lord (Allâh) is the Most Superior Creator of everything: Lâ ilâha illâ Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He).
