خَـٰشِعَةً أَبْصَـٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ۖ وَقَدْ كَانُوا۟ يُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى ٱلسُّجُودِ وَهُمْ سَـٰلِمُونَ
அவர்களுடைய பார்வைகளெல்லாம் கீழ் நோக்கியவையாக இருக்கும் நிலையில் இழிவு அவர்களைச் சூழ்ந்துகொள்ளும், (இம்மையில்) சுகமானவர்களாக இருந்த சமயத்தில் சிரம் பணிந்து வணங்க நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்டு வந்தார்கள்.

Their eyes will be cast down and ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate themselves (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not).
