إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ
நிச்சயமாக நாம் ஒவ்வொரு பொருளையும், (நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட) அளவின்படியே படைத்திருக்கின்றோம்.
