மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: மன்னர் ஃபஹத் குர்ஆன் அச்சக வளாகம்
Translation: Dr. Muhsin Khan / Al-Allamah Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali
وَٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةً لِّيَكُونُوا۟ لَهُمْ عِزًّا
(இணை வைத்துக்கொண்டிருந்த) இவர்கள், (அல்லாஹ்வின் வேதனையிலிருந்து காத்து) தங்களுக்கு உதவியாக அவர்கள் ஆவதற்காக அல்லாஹ்வையன்றி வேறு தெய்வங்களை எடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர்.
And they have taken (for worship) âlihah (gods) besides Allâh, that they might give them honour, power and glory (and also protect them from Allâh’s punishment).
كَلَّا ۚ سَيَكْفُرُونَ بِعِبَادَتِهِمْ وَيَكُونُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ ضِدًّا
அவ்வாறன்று! தங்களை இவர்கள் வணங்கியதையும் (அத்தெய்வங்கள்) நிராகரிப்பார்கள், இவர்களுக்கு விரோதமாகவும் அவர்கள் ஆகிவிடுவர்.
Nay, but they (the so-called gods) will deny their worship of them, and become opponents to them (on the Day of Resurrection).
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينَ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ تَؤُزُّهُمْ أَزًّا
(நபியே!) நிராகரிப்போரை (தீயவைகளைச் செய்யுமாறு) தூண்டிக் கொண்டிருப்பதற்காகவே ஷைத்தான்களை நாம் (அவர்களிடம்) அனுப்பியிருக்கிறோம் என்பதை நீர் பார்க்கவில்லையா?
See you not that We have sent the Shayâtîn (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil.
فَلَا تَعْجَلْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ إِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَهُمْ عَدًّا
ஆதலால், அவர்களுக்காக நீர் அவசரப்படாதீர், அவர்களுக்காக (வேதனை ஏற்படக்கூடிய நாட்களை) எண்ணிக்கையால் நாம் கணித்துக் கொண்டேயிருக்கிறோம்.
So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins).
يَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ إِلَى ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ وَفْدًا
பயபக்தியுடையவர்களை அர்ரஹ்மானிடம், கண்ணியமிக்க (விருந்தினர்) குழுவாக நாம் ஒன்று திரட்டும் நாளில்-
The Day We shall gather the Muttaqûn (the pious - See V.2:2) unto the Most Gracious (Allâh), like a delegation (presented before a king for honour).
وَنَسُوقُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ وِرْدًا
மேலும் குற்றவாளிகளைத் தாகித்தவர்களாக நரகத்தின்பால் (அந்நாளில்) நாம் ஓட்டிச் செல்வோம்.
And We shall drive the Mujrimûn (polytheists, sinners, criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) to Hell, in a thirsty state (like a thirsty herd driven down to water).
لَّا يَمْلِكُونَ ٱلشَّفَـٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَهْدًا
அர்ரஹ்மானிடம் உறுதிமொழி பெற்றவர்களைத் தவிர எவரும் (எவருக்கும்) பரிந்துரை செய்ய அதிகாரம் பெறமாட்டார்கள்.
None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Gracious (Allâh).
وَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَلَدًا
இன்னும், (கிறிஸ்தவர்களான) அவர்கள் ரஹ்மான் (தனக்கு) குமாரனை எடுத்துக்கொண்டான் எனக் கூறுகின்றனர்.
And they say: "The Most Gracious (Allâh) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son [‘Îsâ (Jesus) عليه السلام], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels and others.)]."
لَّقَدْ جِئْتُمْ شَيْـًٔا إِدًّا
நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் பெரியதோர் அபாண்டத்தைக் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறீர்கள் (என்று நபியே! அவர்களிடம் நீர் கூறுவீராக!)
Indeed you have brought forth (said) a terrible evil thing.
تَكَادُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ يَتَفَطَّرْنَ مِنْهُ وَتَنشَقُّ ٱلْأَرْضُ وَتَخِرُّ ٱلْجِبَالُ هَدًّا
இ(வ்வாறு நீங்கள் கூறுவ)தனால் வானங்கள் வெடித்துவிடவும், பூமி பிளந்துவிடவும் மலைகள் இடிந்து நொறுங்கி விடவும் நெருங்கிவிடும்.
Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins,
أَن دَعَوْا۟ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ وَلَدًا
ரஹ்மானுக்கு குமாரன் உண்டென்று அவர்கள் அழைத்ததன் காரணமாக (அவை நிகழக்கூடும்).
That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Gracious (Allâh).
وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا
குமாரனை எடுத்துக்கொள்வது அர்ரஹ்மானுக்கு அவசியமுமல்ல.
But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Gracious (Allâh) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children).
إِن كُلُّ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَّآ ءَاتِى ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَبْدًا
(ஏனென்றால்,) வானங்களிலும், பூமியிலும் உள்ள (மனிதர்கள், ஜின் இனத்தவர், அமரர்கள் ஆகியோரில்) ஒவ்வொருவரும் அர்ரஹ்மானிடம் அடிமையாக வந்தேயல்லாமல் (வேறு) இல்லை.
There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Gracious (Allâh) as a slave.
لَّقَدْ أَحْصَىٰهُمْ وَعَدَّهُمْ عَدًّا
அவர்களை திட்டமாக அவன் (பூரணமாக) சூழ்ந்தறிந்துள்ளான், அவர்(களின் எண்ணிக்கை)களை துல்லியமாக கணக்கிட்டும் வைத்திருக்கிறான்.
Verily He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting.
وَكُلُّهُمْ ءَاتِيهِ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ فَرْدًا
அவர்களில் ஒவ்வொருவரும் மறுமைநாளில் அவனிடம் தனியாகவே வருவர்.
And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender).
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ سَيَجْعَلُ لَهُمُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وُدًّا
நிச்சயமாக விசுவாசங்கொண்டு நற்கருமங்களையும் செய்கிறார்களே அத்தகையோர் அவர்களுக்கு (விசுவாசிகளின் இதயங்களில்) நேசத்தையும் அர்ரஹ்மான் நிச்சயமாக ஏற்படுத்திக் கொடுப்பான்.
Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allâh and in His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)] and work deeds of righteousness, the Most Gracious (Allâh) will bestow love for them1 (in the hearts of the believers).
Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "If Allâh loves a person, He calls Jibrîl (Gabriel) saying: Allâh loves so and so; O Jibrîl (Gabriel) love him.’ Jibrîl (Gabriel) would love him, and then Jibrîl (Gabriel) would make an announcement among the residents of the heavens, ‘Allâh loves so-and-so, therefore, you should love him also.’ So, all the residents of the heavens would love him and then he is granted the pleasure of the people of the earth." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol. 8, Hadith No. 66).
فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَـٰهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لِتُبَشِّرَ بِهِ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ وَتُنذِرَ بِهِۦ قَوْمًا لُّدًّا
(நபியே!) உம்முடைய மொழியில் நாம் இதை (இறக்கி,) எளிதாக்கி வைத்ததெல்லாம், இதைக்கொண்டு நீர் பயபக்தியுடையவர்களுக்கு நன்மாராயங் கூறுவதற்காகவும், இன்னும், இதனைக் கொண்டு வீண்தர்க்கம் செய்யும் சமூகத்தார்க்கு அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்வதற்காகவும்தான்.
So We have made this (the Qur’ân) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqûn (the pious - See V.2:2), and warn with it the Ludd1 (most quarrelsome) people.
Ludd:- The people who don’t believe in Allâh’s Oneness and His Prophet’s message and argue about everything that Allâh has ordained.
وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هَلْ تُحِسُّ مِنْهُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ أَوْ تَسْمَعُ لَهُمْ رِكْزًۢا
அவர்களுக்கு முன்னர் எத்தனையோ தலைமுறையினரை நாம் அழித்திருக்கிறோம், அவர்களில் எவரையேனும் நீர் காண்கின்றீரா? அல்லது அவர்களுடைய இலேசான சப்தத்தையேனும் நீர் கேட்கின்றீரா?
And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Can you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them?
