وَلَمَّا جَآءَتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوطًا سِىٓءَ بِهِمْ وَضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعًا وَقَالَ هَـٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَصِيبٌ
நம் தூதர்கள் லூத்திடம் வந்தபொழுது, அவர்களால் அவர் கவலைக்குள்ளாக்கப்பட்டார், மேலும், (அவர்களைக் காப்பதற்கு சக்தியின்மையினால்) அவர்களால் மன சங்கடத்திற்குள்ளானார், (அப்போது) “இது மிகக் கடினமான நாள்” என்றும் கூறினார்.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: மன்னர் ஃபஹத் குர்ஆன் அச்சக வளாகம்
And when Our messengers came to Lût (Lot), he was grieved on account of them and felt himself straitened for them (lest the town people should approach them to commit sodomy with them). He said: "This is a distressful day."
