وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقْطَعُوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَـٰلًا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
திருடனும், திருடியும் அவ்விருவரும் சம்பாதித்ததற்குக் கூலியாக, அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்துள்ள தண்டனையாக அவ்விருவரின் கைகளைத் துண்டித்து விடுங்கள், மேலும், அல்லாஹ் யாவரையும் மிகைத்தவன், தீர்க்கமான அறிவுடையவன்.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: மன்னர் ஃபஹத் குர்ஆன் அச்சக வளாகம்
And (as for) the male thief and the female thief, cut off (from the wrist joint) their (right) hands as a recompense for that which they committed, a punishment by way of example from Allâh. And Allâh is All-Powerful, All-Wise.
