وَمَا كَانَ لَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مِّن سُلْطَـٰنٍ إِلَّا لِنَعْلَمَ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ مِمَّنْ هُوَ مِنْهَا فِى شَكٍّ ۗ وَرَبُّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ حَفِيظٌ
மேலும், அவர்கள் மீது அவனுக்கு எவ்வித அதிகாரமும் இருக்கவில்லை- ஆயினும், மறுமையை நம்பாது அவர்களில் சந்தேகத்திலிருப் போரிலிருந்து (மறுமையை) நம்புவர் எவர் என்பதை நாம் தெளிவாக அறி(வித்து விடு)வதற்காகவே, (இது நடந்தது.) இன்னும், உமதிரட்சகன் ஒவ்வொரு பொருளையும் பாதுகாப்பவன்.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: மன்னர் ஃபஹத் குர்ஆன் அச்சக வளாகம்
And he (Iblîs - Satan) had no authority over them, - except that We might test him who believes in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt about it. And your Lord is a Hafiz (Watchful) over everything. (All-Knower of everything i.e. He keeps record of every person as regards deeds, and then He will reward them accordingly).
