وَٱلَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمْ سُجَّدًا وَقِيَـٰمًا
இன்னும், அவர்கள் எத்தகையோரெனில், தங்கள் இரட்சகனை சிரம்பணிந்தவர்களாக (ஸஜ்தா செய்தவர்களாக)வும், நின்றவர்களாகவும் (அல்லாஹ்வின் வழிபாட்டில்) இரவைக் கழிப்பார்கள்.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: மன்னர் ஃபஹத் குர்ஆன் அச்சக வளாகம்
And those who spend the night in worship of their Lord, prostrate and standing.1
Ibn ‘Abbâs رضي الله عنهما said: "Whosoever prayed two Rak‘at or more after the ‘Isha’ (night) prayer, will be considered like those mentioned in this Verse." And Al-Kalbi said: "Whosoever prayed two Rak‘at after the Maghrib (evening) prayer, and four Rak‘at after the ‘Ishâ (night) prayer will be considered like those mentioned in this Verse." (Tafsîr Al-Qurtubî).
